Microneedling is a collagen-induction treatment that improves acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture, firmness, and overall skin rejuvenation. By stimulating natural collagen production, microneedling helps create smoother, healthier, younger-looking skin with minimal downtime.

The advantage of Microneedling(or Collagen Induction Therapy as it is also known) compared to other treatments is that it not only activates cell regeneration, it also enhances the absorption of active ingredients. Your skin becomes firmer and regains its elasticity, fine lines and wrinkles are visibly reduced, pores become finer, circulation is stimulated and the overall condition of the skin improves. Immediately following the treatment, topicals best suited to your skin type will be applied, taking advantage of the micro-channels to achieve deep penetration.

Does Microneedling Hurt?

With the use of an effective topical numbing cream, it is tolerated very well and best of all the downtime is minimal with most clients returning to normal activities within 24 to 48 hours. The entire treatment including numbing takes less than an hour, depending on size of the area treated.

How Many Microneedling Treatments Do You Need?

The process of skin remodeling continues for several weeks or months after each microneedling session, but visible changes can be seen within about 7 days. Your skin automatically renews itself every 30-40 days, so with a few sessions, changes can be dramatic. For most clients we recommend a series of 2 to 3 treatments spaced two to four weeks apart. For skin with deep wrinkles, lots of sun damage, acne or other scars, 6 to 8 treatments are recommended.
